Leading the visual refresh of Plusgrade’s white papers, I mentored a junior designer to transform dense, text-heavy documents into engaging, data-driven narratives. By establishing a new visual strategy that prioritizes accessibility, we successfully highlighted the company’s proprietary research and product metrics without sacrificing clarity.
