Summary

Leading the visual strategy and art direction for Kobo's holiday campaign, I designed a warm, nostalgic aesthetic—inspired by handwritten letters and Polaroids—to position the brand as a trusted companion. By building comprehensive design playbooks and scalable templates, I guided a cross-functional team of designers and copywriters through a seamless rollout across digital, social, and print channels.

Results: Drove an 11% YoY growth and elevated positive brand sentiment, all while drastically improving cross-channel production efficiency for the creative department.
